Investing.com - Pending home sales in the U.S. rose less-than-expected last month, industry data showed on Friday.
In a report, National Association of Realtors said that Pending home sales rose to a seasonally adjusted 1.7%, from -1.5% in the preceding month whose figure was revised up from -3.7%.
Analysts had expected Pending home sales to rise to 2.0% last month.
