U.S. pending home sales -1.3% vs. 0.5% forecast

Investing.com - Pending home sales in the U.S. fell unexpectedly last month, industry data showed on Wednesday.

In a report, National Association of Realtors said that Pending home sales fell to a seasonally adjusted -1.3%, from -0.9% in the preceding month whose figure was revised down from -0.8%.

Analysts had expected Pending home sales to rise to 0.5% last month.
