Investing.com - U.S. housing starts rose more-than-expected last month, official data showed on Friday.
In a report, the Census Bureau said that the number of housing starts rose to 1.072M, from 0.947M in the preceding month whose figure was revised up from 0.946M.
Analysts had expected the number of housing starts to rise to 0.980M last month.
