Investing.com - U.S. retail sales in February rose in line with forecast, official data Wednesday showed.
Sales rose 0.1% in February from the previous month, the Commerce Department said.
Sales in January revised to gain of 0.6% from an initial reading of 0.4%.
Economists forecast a rise of 0.1% in February sales.
Core retail sales rose 0.2% against a forecast rise of 0.2%.
The January core sales figure was revised to a gain of 1.1% from an initial reading of 0.7%.
