Investing.com - The U.S. economy created fewer jobs than expected in August, data showed Friday.
U.S. nonfarm payrolls fell 151,000 in August, the Labor Department said.
Economists had expected jobs growth of 180,000.
July’s figure was revised to 275,000 from a previously reported 255,000.
Average hourly earnings up 0.1% vs. forecast rise of 0.2%.
