Investing.com - The average weekly hours worked in the U.S. rose last month, official data showed on Friday.
In a report, Bureau of Labor Statistics of the US Department of Labor said that U.S. average weekly hours rose to a seasonally adjusted 34.6, from 34.5 in the preceding month whose figure was revised down from 34.6.
Analysts had expected U.S. average weekly hours to remain unchanged at 34.6 last month.
