Investing.com - The U.K.’s RICS house price balance rose unexpectedly last month, industry data showed on Tuesday.
In a report, RICS said that U.K. RICS house price balance rose to a seasonally adjusted -7%, from -14% in the preceding month whose figure was revised up from -15%.
Analysts had expected U.K. RICS house price balance to remain unchanged at -15% last month.
