Investing.com - The U.K.’s RICS house price balance rose unexpectedly last month, industry data showed on Thursday.
In a report, RICS said that U.K. RICS house price balance rose to a seasonally adjusted 25%, from 23% in the preceding month whose figure was revised down from 24%.
Analysts had expected U.K. RICS house price balance to fall to 22% last month.
