Investing.com - Industrial production in Taiwan rose unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Monday.
In a report, Ministry of Economic Affairs Taiwan said that Taiwanese Industrial Production rose to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1.89%, from 0.13% in the preceding month whose figure was revised up from -0.02%.
Analysts had expected Taiwanese Industrial Production to fall -0.50% last month.
