Investing.com - Retail sales in Switzerland rose less-than-expected in November, official data showed on Wednesday.
In a report, Switzerland’s Federal Statistical Office said that retail sales rose at annualized rate of 2.9% in November, missing expectations for a 3.2% gain.
Retail sales in October rose by 2.7%.
Following the release of the data, the Swiss franc was higher against the U.S. dollar, with USD/CHF shedding 0.3% to trade at 0.9293.
