Investing.com - Consumer price inflation in Switzerland fell in line with market expectations in July, official data showed on Wednesday.
In a report, the Swiss Federal Statistics Office said consumer price inflation declined by a seasonally adjusted 0.4% in July, broadly in line with market expectations.

Year-over-year, Swiss consumer prices were flat last month, compared to expectations for a 0.1% decline, after falling at a rate of 0.1% in June.
Following the release of the data, the Swiss franc was lower against the U.S. dollar, with USD/CHF adding 0.14% to trade at 0.9272.
