Investing.com - Retail sales in Spain rose unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Thursday.
In a report, INE - National Institute of Statistics said that Spanish retail sales rose to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of -3.8%, from -4.9% in the preceding month whose figure was revised up from -5.1%.
Analysts had expected Spanish retail sales to fall to -6.9% last month.
