Investing.com - Retail sales in Spain rose unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Wednesday.
In a report, INE - National Institute of Statistics said that Spanish retail sales rose to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of -9.7%, from -11.0% in the preceding month whose figure was revised down from -10.9%.
Analysts had expected Spanish retail sales to fall to -11.5% last month.
