Investing.com - New home sales in the U.S. rose more-than-expected last month, official data showed on Monday.
In a report, the Census Bureau said that new home sales rose to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 300.00K, from 270.00K in the preceding month whose figure was revised up from 250.00K.
Analysts had expected new home sales to rise to 280.00K last month.
