Investing.com - Canadian wholesale sales rose less-than-expected in November, official data showed on Monday.
In a report, Statistics Canada said wholesale sales rose by 0.7% in November, below expectations for a 1% increase.
Wholesale sales rose by 0.8% in October, whose figure was revised from a previously reported increase of 0.9%.
Following the release of the data, the Canadian dollar remained lower against its U.S. counterpart, with USD/CAD adding 0.1% to trade at 0.9926.
