Investing.com - Australian private new capital expenditure fell unexpectedly in the last quarter, official data showed on Thursday.
In a report, Australian Bureau of Statistics said that Australian private new capital expenditure fell to a seasonally adjusted -1.2%, from 1.1% in the preceding quarter whose figure was revised down from 2.8%.
Analysts had expected Australian private new capital expenditure to rise 1.0% in the last quarter.
