Investing.com - Australia’s official house price index rose more-than-expected in the last quarter, official data showed on Thursday.
In a report, Australian Bureau of Statistics said that Australian HPI rose to a seasonally adjusted 2.40%, from 0.80% in the preceding quarter whose figure was revised up from 0.10%.
Analysts had expected Australian HPI to rise 1.00% in the last quarter.
