Investing.com - The number of new home loans granted in Australia rose more-than-expected last month, official data showed on Thursday.
In a report, Australian Bureau of Statistics said that Australian home loans rose to a seasonally adjusted 2.4%, from 2.6% in the preceding month whose figure was revised down from 2.7%.
Analysts had expected Australian home loans to rise 2.0% last month.
