Investing.com - Gross operating profits of Australian companies rose unexpectedly in the last quarter, official data showed on Monday.
In a report, Australian Bureau of Statistics said that Australian CGOP rose to a seasonally adjusted -0.2%, from -0.4% in the preceding quarter whose figure was revised down from 0.5%.
Analysts had expected Australian CGOP to fall to 0.3% in the last quarter.
