Investing.com - Tokyo’s core consumer price inflation fell unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Thursday.
In a report, the Statistics Bureau said that Tokyo’s core CPI, which excludes fresh food costs fell to at an annualized rate of 0.1%, from 0.2% in the preceding month.
Analysts had expected Tokyo’s core CPI to remain unchanged at 0.2% last month.
