Tether, Inc. is at the receiving end of another lawsuit, this time filed with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. Once again, Tether called the lawsuit frivolous and baseless. The new filing happened just weeks after Tether filed a motion to dismiss another class action lawsuit.
