Matthew Huang, cofundador y socio gerente de la firma de inversión en criptomonedas Paradigm, afirmó que Sam Bankman-Fried fue "muy reacio" a permitir que los inversores se unieran al consejo de administración de FTX.

Al testificar en el tercer día del juicio de Bankman-Fried en un tribunal federal de Nueva York, Huang afirmó que Bankman-Fried creía que tener inversores en el consejo de administración de FTX no aportaría mucho.
