MediXserve, a Philippines-based group of healthcare service provider, formally launched on Friday one of the world's first electronic medical records (EMR) services powered by blockchain to provide immutable and permanent medical records of patients.
In an interview with Cryptovest, Jojy Azurin co-founder and CEO of MediXserve said the missing piece that prevents health care systems around the world from functioning optimally is the medical history. He said medical history is the root of health care and the foundation upon which it is built.
