Litecoin (LTC) continues to build momentum, gaining both in value and trading volumes. It has returned to number five on CoinMarketCap, “flappening” Bitcoin Cash (BCH) once again.
LTC climbed to $53.40 as of 9:00 UTC on Wednesday, clocking volumes of more than $2.1 billion equivalent in 24 hours. The asset started its rally on Tuesday from around $42. In the past three months, LTC has stabilized and gained more than 100% from lows of about $22.
Data from Coinlib shows that LTC is on the receiving end of inflows from Bitcoin (BTC), as well as Tether (USDT).
