  • IoTeX partners with AWS partner network.
  • The firm has worked with AWS Global Blockchain Segment Leader Anoop Nannra.
  • IoTeX has also listed our Pantheon consortium blockchain.
  • Moreover, IoTeX also partners with AWS China and High cloud.

According to a blog post, IoTeX is working with Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) Web Services Partner Network (APN) as a Select Technology Partner. They have also joined with AWS China & High Cloud to enhance Cloud storage and backend services for Ucam in the said country.

The APN is a global partner program for technology and consulting firms. It holds over 90% of Fortune 100 brands that use APN partner solutions and services. Moreover, with this deal, IoTeX will gain access to business opportunities.

IoTeX has worked with AWS Global Blockchain Segment Leader Anoop Nannra since 2018. Together, they managed the merger of the Trusted IoT Alliance and the Industrial Internet Consortium (IIC) in 2019. They also co-wrote a Blockchain & IoT Reference Architecture in 2020.

Furthermore, IoTeX listed the Pantheon consortium blockchain on the AWS marketplace. This allows enterprise users to run the IoTeX protocol via AWS Cloud for permissioned deployments.

In addition, deploying globally compatible products is hard due to the heterogeneity of Cloud infrastructure in various countries. Nevertheless, IoTeX saw this first-hand when launching Ucam in China. Unlike other regions of the world, China has restricted access to data centers.

IoTeX wrote,

”Our goal of empowering blockchain for consumer IoT required us to partner with ‘boots on the ground’ to optimize the technical architecture of Ucam for the Chinese market.”

Since last year, IoTeX has worked with AWS China & High Cloud to solve a complex data management challenge. This consists of allowing Ucam users in China to store their videos as encrypted files on the AWS Cloud. Additionally, it must also offer 100% privacy by ensuring the stored files are decryptable.

IoTeX can now expand the Ucam user footprint to many regions in China. Thus, this further optimizes the framework across the globe to make Ucam a truly universal product with AWS.

Meanwhile, Tech Mahindra teamed up with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to build solutions for telecom, aviation, and healthcare based on Amazon Managed Blockchain (AMB).
