Institutional investors Summer Capital and Black River Asset Management have both taken shares in start-up SEBA Crypto AG, a Swiss company which aims to become the first digital currency investment bank, pending approval by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority reports the South China Morning Post.
Summer Capital, a Hong Kong-based investment firm with more than $1 billion in assets and headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, participated in the series-A round SEBA Crypto funding. The company did not disclose how much it invested.
