Furthermore, F1 has filed for a trademark on entertainment services using virtual goods, like non-downloadable artwork, and augmented and mixed reality environments. When it comes to entertainment services, Formula One also extends to prepare entertainment programs for broadcasting in the online virtual worlds, augmented and mixed reality environments, as stated in the trademark filing.

Moreover in the retail store service, Formula One provides an online marketplace for buyers and sellers of cryptocurrency, meta tokens, digital collectibles, crypto collectibles, and NFTs

In August, Formula One registered two NFT trademarks for its Las Vegas Strip Circuit. The application which was filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office in August intended to provide crypto, NFT, insurance and financial services, digital token brokerage and trading, and other blockchain-related services. As time passed, many companies started to join the crypto world. In 2022, more than 5,800 trademark applications were filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for NFTs and related technology, over two and a half times more than the 2,087 recorded in 2021.
