Vertreter in der Europäischen Union verhandeln laut einem Bericht von Bloomberg über einen Plan für zusätzliche Vorschriften für die größten KI-Systeme.
Die Europäische Kommission, das Europäische Parlament und die verschiedenen EU-Mitgliedsstaaten sollen über die möglichen Auswirkungen großer Sprachmodelle (LLMs), darunter Llama 2 von Meta (NASDAQ:META) und ChatGPT-4 von OpenAI, diskutieren. Dabei kamen auch mögliche zusätzliche Beschränkungen zur Sprache, die ihnen im Rahmen des kommenden KI-Gesetzes auferlegt werden sollen.
Bloomberg berichtete unter Berufung auf Quellen aus dem Umfeld, das Ziel sei es, neue Startups nicht mit zu vielen Vorschriften zu überlasten und gleichzeitig größere Modelle in Schach zu halten.
