The Chinese manufacturer of cryptocurrency mining equipment Ebang Communications filed a new listing application with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). The first bid lapsed as the company failed to proceed to the next stage of the listing process.
In a revised IPO prospectus published on its website, Ebang provided updated data for 2017 and the first half of 2018. Thus, the manufacturer saw a substantial revenue increase to $304 million (2.1 billion yuan) in the first six months of 2018, compared to $34 million (234 million yuan) during the whole 2017.
