  • Crypto journalist Laura Shin says she is interviewing Do Kwon tomorrow morning.
  • Shin says she is not in any way compensating him for the interview.
  • Do Kwon has been a subject of numerous controversies since the fall of Terra.

The controversial creator of Terra Do Kwon Do is going to be the subject of an upcoming interview with the crypto journalist and author Laura Shin, who just recently confirmed the news on her official Twitter page.

In response to the question posed by a user on Twitter, “Is this for real?” Shin said, “Of course it is!” In addition, she said that the interview would be available on YouTube and on every podcast platform.

Another person questioned her about whether or not she compensated Do Kwon for his participation in the interview. “Do you pay Do Kwon for the interview:) or does he receive any compensation for taking the interview?” Shin’s response was straightforward: “Of course not.”

It is unclear which of the various scandals that have recently surrounded Kwon will be addressed during the interview. However, he did say he wanted to talk about “it” with her a week ago when Shin asked him why he hasn’t returned to Korea.

Authorities have been targeting Terra’s creator since the network went down earlier in May 2022. The International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) issued a red notice to Kwon in late September.

The contentious co-founder of Terra, however, refutes rumors that he is on the run. According to him, he is not even trying to evade capture by the police and is instead actively moving around.

The controversial figure has also refuted any claims that he attempted to withdraw Bitcoin from the LUNA Foundation Guard treasury. Another claim Kwondisputed was that South Korean officials had frozen his cryptocurrency holdings.
