CoinMarketCap, aggregatore di dati sulle criptovalute di proprietà di Binance, ha creato un nuovo plugin per ChatGPT, il chatbot AI basato sul Large Language Model (LLM).
Secondo l'annuncio dell'11 Ottobre, gli utenti possono accedere alla funzione attraverso il proprio account ChatGPT Plus e attivare semplicemente il plugin, che consente loro di porre al LLM una serie di domande relative alle criptovalute. Non è previsto alcun costo aggiuntivo per l'utilizzo del plugin, a parte il canone di abbonamento di 20 $ al mese per ChatGPT Plus. "ChatGPT base ha un uso limitato per gli appassionati di criptovalute, visto che le informazioni sono per lo più limitate fino al Settembre 2021. Anche le capacità di navigazione sul web di ChatGPT, recentemente ampliate, hanno dei limiti nel fornire dati relativi alle criptovalute in tempo reale", hanno scritto gli sviluppatori.
La LLM è in grado di generare risposte a domande semplici come "Quanto sono correlati Bitcoin ed Ethereum nel 2023?" o "Come si relazionano le variazioni nei modelli di distribuzione dei token (ICO/IDO/launchpad, ecc.) con la volatilità dei prezzi osservata?". Grazie all'integrazione, i prompt generati da ChatGPT provengono direttamente da CoinMarketCap, con informazioni in tempo reale quali listing, guadagni e perdite, ultime statistiche sulla blockchain, ecc. Lo strumento è compatibile con i dispositivi desktop e mobile.
