Funcionarios de la Comisión de Comercio de Futuros de Commodities (CFTC) de Estados Unidos estarían considerando tomar medidas contra Stephen Ehrlich, ex-CEO de la firma de préstamos de criptomonedas Voyager Digital.
Según un informe de Bloomberg del 6 de octubre, el personal de la CFTC estaba considerando tomar medidas contra Ehrlich tras una investigación que concluyó que el ex-CEO violó las regulaciones de derivados de Estados Unidos antes de la declaración de quiebra de Voyager. La empresa solicitó la protección del Capítulo 11 en julio de 2022 en medio de la caída del mercado de criptomonedas.
