NEW YORK, May 16 (Reuters) - U.S. gasoline futures extended losses to more than 10 cents on Monday as the opening of the Morganza Spillway over the weekend eased fears that refineries in Louisiana would have to be shut due to the flooding along the Misssissippi River.
