WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Joe Biden and Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese will announce a plan to cooperate on technological innovations, including artificial intelligence, clean energy, and critical minerals, during their meeting in Washington this week, the White House said on Tuesday.
"They are going to be announcing new advanced technology cooperation, particularly on artificial intelligence," White House national security spokesperson John Kirby (NYSE:KEX) told reporters. "We'll also be highlighting a new space agreement that will allow U.S. companies to launch into space from Australia."
