Keystone Southbow Pipeline will NOT be back in service tomorrow. it may not be in service by the end of the week. That is 622,000 barrels of light, sweet crude per day that is not going into storage at Cushing. Most likely will be out of deliverable light, sweet crew by midnight Tuesday night. short squeeze in crude is coming.
