According to GasBuddy.com, Hawaii has the highest average price for Regular at $2.90 and Los Angeles is the most expensive city, averaging $2.90. Oklahoma has the cheapest at $1.89. The WTIC end of day spot price closed at 44.89, down 1.97 from this time last week.
