The price of Regular and Premium were down five and four cents, respectively, from last week. According to GasBuddy.com, Hawaii has the highest average price for Regular at $3.39 and Santa Barbara, CA is the most expensive city, averaging $3.442. Texas has the cheapest at $2.22. The WTIC end of day spot price closed at 61.79, a 4.2% increase from this time last week.
