A EU-UK deal has been reached and the UK is due to hold an EU in/out referendum on 23 June.
Our main scenario is that UK remains in the EU. However, the opinion polls indicate it is a close race and we wouldnot rule out the possibility that the UK public will vote to leave the EU. 'Brexit' could potentially have a large impact on both the UK and the EU but we are in uncharted territory.
We will host a conference call on today, 23 February, at 10.30-11.00 CET in which we present our view on some of the economic and financial consequences of a Brexit with a particular focus on the UK economy and sterling outlook.
