The markets actually had an interesting day on Monday. After opening strong, they rolled over and retested a couple times. The afternoon rally was impressive as they closed at the highs for the day going away. A lot of stocks are acting better, so let’s take a look at some of them.
Neogenomics Inc. (O:NEO), a former swing trade, and still a running swing trade, held several times, made a nominal low, held the 50, and then reversed. It was up 14 cents to 8.24, on low volume. If it gets up through here, it could see 9.00 and 10.00. Those are the short-term targets. It has 12 days to cover.
Solar3D, Inc. (O:SLTD) has been acting great, up 26 cents to 3.59, or 7.8%, on 783,200 shares traded on Monday. It has been acting great, in particular, the last couple days. The volume is strong, and it moved from the 3.00 range, all the way up to 3.60, or 20% in the last couple sessions. This stock looks like it has a good shot at getting through 4.00, and then the 4.50 range before moving higher than that. It has 4.2 days to cover.
TherapeuticsMD, Inc. (N:TXMD) was up 57 cents to 9.75, or 6.2%, on 3.2 million shares on Monday. It popped, pulled back, set up, formed a wedge, and on Monday it broke out. Targets are 11 1/4, and if it extends dramatically, then 13 1/2.
Vuzix Corporation (O:VUZI), which consolidated beautifully in a wedge pattern, has good OBV, and has been making new highs steadily for the last three or four weeks. Yet this stock consolidated. If it breaks out, look for it to run up to 7 1/2, takes out the double top, and goes to 8.00, and then 9 1/2. Those are the short-term targets.
Other stocks on the long side include Acorda Therapeutics, Inc. (O:ACOR), Anavex Life Sciences Corp. (O:AVXL), Canadian Solar Inc. (O:CSIQ), JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (N:JKS), SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. (O:SEDG), SunPower Corporation (O:SPWR), Guggenheim Solar ETF (N:TAN), Constellium N.V (N:CSTM), Keryx Biopharmaceuticals Inc. (O:KERX), Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. (O:KNDI), and Ohr Pharmaceutical, Inc. (O:OHRP).
