The Estimize consensus calls for EPS of -$0.01, one cent higher than the Wall Street consensus and a decrease of 300% YoY. Currently, the Estimize community is looking for sales of $206.48M, which is roughly inline with the Street ($205.15M).
Yelp has been posting increasing revenue since quarter two of 2015 and looks to continue this streak. However, the streak has been trending with smaller and smaller revenue increases quarter to quarter. With local advertising accounting for about 71% of the company’s revenue, they seem to be struggling with growth, and keeping their paying customer base. This struggle could be from the large competitors in this space, which include Alphabet (NASDAQ:GOOGL) and Priceline.com (NASDAQ:PCLN).

The Estimize consensus calls for EPS of $.35, five cents higher than the Wall Street consensus, however a decrease of 35% YoY. Currently, the Estimize community is looking at revenue of $1.27B, which is slightly more optimistic than the Street ($1.21B).
The video-game maker reports Q2 earnings on Thursday and investors are not expecting much due to a lack of new titles. The one highlight from this quarter was the “Call of Duty: Black Ops III” DLC. This was in addition to the numerous other updates to older games to keep users engaged until new games hit the shelves. Also, the game “Overwatch” saw an uptick in MAUs, which was attributed to the new updates. Investors and gamers alike are looking to November when the new “Call of Duty” comes out, which already has tons of people talking.
