Today is a quiet day in terms of data releases. However, there are a few events that may turn out to be interesting. The most important release today is the Chinese FX reserves.
In the euro area, the account of the ECB monetary policy meeting is due and any details providing further information about the monetary policy decision on 10 March will be watched closely by the markets. Also ECB's Draghi is speaking today.
Tonight, Fed chair Yellen appears in a panel with previous chairmen Volcker, Greenspan and Bernanke. Although the setup is exciting we doubt there will be anything new from a market perspective.
In the Scandis today, the Swedish debt office is set to publish March borrowing requirement data. Industrial production data for February are due in Denmark and Norway.
Both Riksbank deputy governor Skingsley and Norges Bank governor Olsen are speaking during the day.
