The bear market rally I predicted for the CRB Index during the first part of the year has come and gone. I now expect some kind of bounce as the CRB tests the 2009 bottom, after which there will likely be a final move down to retest the 2002 low later this year. Once that happens, watch for a final, 3-year cycle low.
