1. Altimmune
Altimmune (NASDAQ:ALT) popped, exploded in May, going from about 2.90 all the way up to 10, and change, quadrupling, pulled back to the Fibonacci retracement, formed a little falling wedge, and then on Monday, it popped with a breakaway gap, gaining 78 cents, or 10 1/2%, to 8.18, after reaching a high of 8.45, on 3 million shares. It might be the beginning of a move of 9 3/4 and 10 3/4 short term, and then maybe 13. Pay attention to this one.
2. Dyadic International
Dyadic International (NASDAQ:DYAI) broke out of a wedge on Monday, and jumped 1.21, or 13.4%, to 10.26, 658,565 shares traded. I like this one, too. It should be a swing. In after-hours, it was trading solid. I think we’re going to see some follow-through to the 13-14 zone.
3. Ideanomics
Ideanomics (NASDAQ:IDEX) made a powerhouse move on Monday, exploding 1.07, or 48.2%, to 3.29, with a session high of 3.98, on 362.9 million shares traded, and then another 22 cents in after-hours. It had a strong 3-day pop and a 4-day coil, another pop, and now the fourth day of that pop. That was heavy volume for this stock. I don’t know if it can stand anymore volume, but it is coming up to a resistance zone. It might get up to 6-7 before it’s done.
4. NantKwest
NantKwest (NASDAQ:NK) on Monday exploded 2.29, or 26%, to 11.13, with a session high of 13.10, on 14 million shares, and 27 cents in after-hours. My first target and pullback are 11.13.
5. Overstock.com
Overstock.com (NASDAQ:OSTK) continues to impress as it climbed 2.67, or 10.8%, to 27.38, going from 2.69 to Monday’s session high of 27.53, on 4 million shares, and 76 cents in after-hours. There’s some resistance around 28. We’ll see what it does. Going forward I’m looking for 30 and 35.
6. Workhorse Group
Workhorse Group (NASDAQ:WKHS) on Monday jumped 1.04, or 21%, to 5.92, with a session high of 6.10 past my 6.00 target, on 19.3 million shares, and an additional 13 cents in after-hours. But it is due for a pullback and it’s at a 3-year high. An extension could take it to 8 1/2-9.
