How does the old saying go; 'Don't judge a book by its cover'? These patterns reflect that the 10-year yield and Commodities Index (CRB) are both pushing a little higher, above resistance lines.
Does it seem odd that both of these are moving higher at the same time? Is one of them telling a false story or are the patterns I've shared off base?
I'm not quite sure what to think of the macro message if these two move higher together but it's ok to ask why we should care as long as we follow the price trend.
Bullish sentiment is low for each asset, since it has been a rough couple of years for them. Wanted to make you aware of what these key assets are doing near these breakout levels.
