Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Industrials, Investment and Public Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP lost 0.66% to hit a new 3-months low.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Cemargos (CN:CCB), which rose 0.97% or 90.0 points to trade at 9390.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Grupo Argos SA (CN:ARG) added 0.73% or 120.0 points to end at 16520.0 and Pfgrupoarg (CN:ARG_p) was up 0.25% or 40.0 points to 16040.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Avianca Holdings Pf (CN:AVT_p), which fell 4.51% or 130.0 points to trade at 2750.0 at the close. Canacol Energy Ltd (CN:CNE) declined 3.01% or 160.0 points to end at 5150.0 and Grupo Nutresa SA (CN:NCH) was down 2.25% or 480.0 points to 20900.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 22 to 5.

US coffee C for September delivery was up 2.83% or 3.77 to $137.20 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in September fell 0.48% or 15.00 to hit $3084.50 , while the December Gold contract rose 0.37% or 4.10 to trade at $1108.20 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.86% to 2936.50, while BRL/COP fell 0.45% to 843.63.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.01% at 97.24.
