Investing.com - Tokyo’s core consumer price inflation rose more-than-expected last month, official data showed on Thursday.
In a report, the Statistics Bureau said that Tokyo’s core CPI, which excludes fresh food costs rose to at an annualized rate of 0.1%, from -0.3% in the preceding month.
Analysts had expected Tokyo’s core CPI to rise to -0.2% last month.
