Investing.com – Colombia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Financials, Services and Industrials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP gained 0.32%.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Bolsa De Valores De Colombia (CN:BVC), which rose 1.93% or 0.5 points to trade at 26.4 at the close. Meanwhile, Bcolombia (CN:BIC) added 1.30% or 440.0 points to end at 34200.0 and Bancolombia Pf (CN:BIC_p1) was up 1.20% or 420.0 points to 35300.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Etb (CN:ETB), which fell 1.67% or 9.0 points to trade at 531.0 at the close. Grupo Argos SA (CN:ARG) declined 0.76% or 160.0 points to end at 20800.0 and Banco Davivienda Pf (CN:DVI_p) was down 0.53% or 180.0 points to 33500.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 16 to 11 and 5 ended unchanged.
Shares in Etb (CN:ETB) fell to 52-week lows; losing 1.67% or 9.0 to 531.0.
US coffee C for December delivery was up 0.87% or 1.13 to $131.70 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in December fell 0.31% or 6.00 to hit $1934.50 , while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.46% or 19.77 to trade at $1331.43 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.59% to 2922.89, while BRL/COP fell 0.01% to 941.38.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.70% at 91.95.
