The Dow futures was up 0.09% at 7:00 ET. The DJI hit a record closing high overnight.
The S&P 500 futures added 0.16%. The tech-heavy Nasdaq 100 futures gained 0.30%.
In prepared remarks before the House Wednesday, Yellen advocated gradual tightening but warned about anemic inflation.
The dollar index pared losses after hitting 10-month lows on Yellen's remarks.
