Euro zone unemployment rate 12.0% vs. 12.1% forecast

Investing.com - The unemployment rate in the euro zone remained unchanged unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Friday.

In a report, Eurostat said that the rate of unemployment remained unchanged at a seasonally adjusted 12.0%, from 12.0% in the preceding month whose figure was revised down from 12.1%.

Analysts had expected the unemployment rate to remain unchanged at 12.1% last month.
