Investing.com - Crude oil futures were lower in Asian trading hours on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for October delivery traded at USD94.86 a barrel at time of writing falling 0.70%.
It earlier traded at a session low USD94.55 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD94.28 and resistance at USD97.71.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.01% to trade at USD81.12.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for October delivery rose 0.10% to trade at USD112.95 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts standing at USD18.09 a barrel.
